This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://freshtogo.co.nz By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order isn’t as you expected, please contact us via email email@example.com or phone 09 525 7294. You must notify Fresh To Go within 4 hours of the delivery being made. Consumed or disposed items will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Any issues with food quality needs to be reported upon receiving the order as we reserve the right to inspect the order required. Please take a photo of the food or order to support your issue and email it to us if requested as it helps us to improve our services and systems.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order before notifying us.
If you do need to return your order to us, we will try our best to pick it up from your site ( if Auckland based). If we are unable to pick it up, please ship the return package to:

If your order does qualify for a refund, please be aware that while we will do everything from our end to complete this refund ASAP it may take up to 3 business days depending on your financial institution and transaction type ie. Credit card, Debit card.
Credit Card Payments
Your payment is processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit or debit card will appear as Fresh To Go Ltd on your statement.
Payments & Pricing
Fresh To Go reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand dollars. If there is an issue with pricing due to error, Fresh To Go reserves the right to not fulfil the order, or request correct payment.
Orders can only be cancelled by phone. Fresh To Go can only cancel the order if it has not been commenced. You agree that once the order is submitted that you are responsible for the cost of the order and services and it may not be able to be cancelled.
Please state in the special instructions if you have an allergy when you order. Fresh To Go will endeavour to provide gluten free or allergen free food if requested by you, but trace of allergens may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during store operations. We cannot guarantee 100% that our food or allergen or gluten free.
