How to Cook
Microwave in a covered dish for 2 to 3 mins depending on oven power. Stir through a little butter or olive oil and seasonings to taste and serve immediately. Add to boiling water and simmer for 3 to 4 mins. Drain, fluff with a fork and serve immediately. If adding sauce, pour heated sauce over the rice and serve immediately. Or dress and season to taste. In a pan,warm a little olive oil or butter and add cauliflower rice, stir and cover. Cook for 4 to 5 mins over a gentle heat.
