Vege Rice – Cauliflower
Cauliflower rice – a low carb and delicious option to any of your favourite rice dishes!
Use raw in salads and slaws. Add to stir fries or use in place of regular rice in any dish.
How to Cook
Microwave in a covered dish for 2 to 3 mins depending on oven power. Stir through a little butter or olive oil and seasonings to taste and serve immediately. Add to boiling water and simmer for 3 to 4 mins. Drain, fluff with a fork and serve immediately. If adding sauce, pour heated sauce over the rice and serve immediately. Or dress and season to taste. In a pan,warm a little olive oil or butter and add cauliflower rice, stir and cover. Cook for 4 to 5 mins over a gentle heat.
