How to Cook
1) Boiling Method: Place noodles into boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes, drain well and serve immediately. If adding sauce, pour heated sauce over warm noodles. Or toss with a splash of balsamic dressing for a warm sweet and sour side.
2)Stir Fry Method: Sauté in a little olive oil for 4 minutes over medium heat. Season and sprinkle with roasted seeds or nuts, or crumbled feta and fresh chopped mint.
